SUPER REEBOL WB is Water-based chemical used as an eco-friendly mold release agent applied to formwork to prevent fresh concrete from sticking to plywood, steel or timber molds. Using this in construction to allow quick, clean, and easy stripping of formwork and moulds from concrete. It is an emulsified blend of mineral oils and non-hazardous chemicals supplied as a ready-to-use, sprayable white liquid. It is also known as Shutter Oil.
Its reactive components create a water-repellent barrier that stops concrete from sticking to the form face. It also lets trapped air escape during pouring and vibration to reduce surface holes and blemishes.
It works safely with virtually all formwork surfaces, including timber, steel, GRP (glass-reinforced plastic), and resin-faced plywood.
